Abstract: full and timely execution of acts of jurisdictional bodies – the key to the effectiveness of the enforcement proceedings. Proper execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies contributes to the purposes of civil proceedings, the stabilization of the economic situation of the subjects of law and order in civil turnover. The paper identifies the reasons for the low performance of the enforcement bodies and formulated measures to address them.
