An international research journal «International Law Journal» publishes quality open access articles, allowing scientific community and the public to gain free and immediate access and reuse the content freely with proper attribution.
To cover the cost for providing quality publishing service and free access to readers and authors all articles accepted for publication after peer-review is subjected to article processing charges (APC).
When submitting and rejecting articles, no fees are charged. The author pays publishing expenses only if the article is accepted, after checking for plagiarism and reviewing.
APCs cover the following:
- The editorial procedure, including administration related to peer review, author revisions, and final decision-making.
- Article production which includes professional language editing, type-setting, formatting, and production in PDF, XML, HTML, and etc.
- Article hosting and dissemination such as efforts for website maintenance and linking with indexing databases.
- Journal administration, including managing the journal website and editorial board, and promotion of the journal among the research community.
Payment of publishing expenses is carried out after the positive acceptance of the article by the reviewer and amounts to:
For all categories of authors, the publication fee is 6,500 ₽/article up to 15 pages, 8500 ₽/article up to 20 pages.
Figures/tables are paid separately – 200 ₽/per piece.
The English language translation. The service includes translation into English the following: article title, abstract, keywords, scientific rank, degree and affilation of the author (s) of the article. The cost of the service, with a text volume of no more than 1000 characters (counting with spaces) – 500 ₽.
Electronic form certificate about paper acceptance for publication (Acceptance Letter) – 300 ₽.
Journal cover in pdf – 400 ₽.
