LEGAL REGULATION OF PROPERTY AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONS IN AZERBAIJAN IN THE XVI-XVIII CENTURIES

Abstract: during the functioning of the Safavid state of Azerbaijan, took place major changes  in all spheres of the life of the Azerbaijani society, including property and trade. By separate governors of the Safavid state, as well as during the reign of the Russian and Ottoman empires in the Azerbaijani territories under their control, during the rule of the Afsharids and the Azerbaijani khanates were issued certain legal documents to regulate relations in these areas and were established new rules, containing land ownership, trade and taxes. In this article are researched the questions connected with legal regulation property and trade relations in Azerbaijan in XVI – XVIII centuries, are elicited the new legal facts in the specified spheres and is performed corresponding generalization.
