Abstract: in the article the problem of organization and activity of authorities and administrations in the regulation of land legal relations in Dagestan region in the XIX century is considered. During this period, in Dagestan the national military system created for Dagestan region was introduced. The system of bodies of power and administration in the whole structure not only in the feudal realm, but also in rural societies was replaced. In the article the questions of regulation of the forms of land ownership in Dagestan region in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries are considered (materials of the Commission on caste-land issues).
