Feature of today is the trend of its growth in rural areas, although in general, most crimes are committed by urban students. However, due to the fact that the state structures engaged in the fight against crime do not have uniform statistical reporting forms on the state, structure and dynamics of crime, are guided by different criteria to determine the status of the crime, and do not have a unified statistical information center, which receives such statistical information, the problem of determining the data that should be considered sufficient to assess the actual state of crime has been identified.
