THE EVOLUTION OF STATE-LEGAL INSTITUTIONS IN DAGESTAN REGION (AGUL) IN THE SECOND HALF OF XIX – EARLY XX CENTURIES. (ON MATERIALS OF RURAL COURT IN TPIG VILLAGE, KYURINSKY COUNTY, DAGESTAN REGION)

Abstract: one of the interesting and important from the point of view of historical and legal science is the ХIХ century. During this period, in this case events took place in Dagestan that changed almost all aspects of the life of Dagestan, there was also Imamat Shamil, Dagestan region, who played an important role in the formation of the statehood and law of Dagestan. The article considers the issue related to the evolution of the system of government and management of Agul on the example of the Union of rural communities of Agul. As it is known in Dagestan region, the status of feudal possessions and rural communities was changed ,now the rulers were appointed to the possessions, and rural societies were governed by special provisions and instructions.
